General manager Mr. Jobson (Patrick Barlow) is supremely efficient but lacks leadership skills. His computer (the voice of Emma Thompson) comes to life to instruct him on the three steps he should take to inspire confidence among his team. Each time Jobson makes a mistake the computer helps him put it right.
